Medicom 新世紀福音戰士 EVA-01 初號機 2021 MAFEX 可動人偶

The articulation on this 2021 MAFEX figure is insane—I’ve got it in a kneeling pose that would’ve broken any older Eva figure. The sculpt detail on the chest and shoulders really captures the 3.0+1.0 movie look perfectly.

The joints are tight and hold poses well, which is crucial since the unit's design is so bulky. I just wish the included effect parts were a bit more substantial for the price, but the paint on the chest and shoulders looks fantastic up close.

The purple and green paint apps are crisp and really pop under display lighting. Only wish the shoulder pylons clicked in a bit more securely.
