The tail segments lock together with a satisfying click, and the motorized walking motion is surprisingly smooth for a model kit. My nephew had it stomping across the rug within twenty minutes of opening the box.

The snap-together build took me about an evening, and I was honestly surprised how sturdy the 67 pieces feel once the Liger is fully assembled. Flipping the switch and watching the legs actually motor-walk across the floor is way more satisfying than any static figure I've owned.

Saw the Liger’s motorized walking motion for the first time and it’s way more satisfying than I expected — the joints click into place with a nice snap. Building took about an hour, and once activated, the movement really brings the battle look to life.
