Sonic the Hedgehog 2 1/2-inch Figuur Diorama Set

The little diorama base is the star here - it clicks together solidly and holds the figure in a running pose that actually looks like he's mid-spin-dash. My kid set it up in under two minutes and immediately started making up levels for it.

Took me right back to playing the old Genesis games — the diorama backdrop makes the 2 1/2-inch figure pop way more than a standard stand does. The little ring to hold him in place is a nice touch so he doesn't tip over during play.

The little accessories are the star here—my kid spent a whole afternoon posing the figures around the diorama and swapping the exclusive pieces. It’s compact enough to sit on a shelf, but it feels like a proper mini scene from the games.
