NECA Nightmare Before Christmas Jack Skellington Chia Pet

The planter itself is such a fun, detailed sculpt of Jack; the chia "hair" actually makes him look like he does in the movie. It was surprisingly easy to set up, and I love checking on his sprouting green growth each morning. Definitely a quirky conversation piece for my shelf.

I planted the seeds last Wednesday and tiny green shoots are already poking through Jack's head. The handmade planter really captures his expression perfectly, and watching the chia grow looks like his wild hair coming to life.

The instructions said full growth in 1-2 weeks and it honestly hit that timeline dead on—the chia sprouts make his head look hilariously wild. The planter itself is solid and hand-painted, so even before it grows it's a fun desk piece that gets a lot of comments.
