SmartMax Start (23 pcs)

My two-year-old figured out how to snap these together within five minutes, and the strong magnets hold firm enough that she can carry her creation around without it falling apart. It's genuinely impressive that something this simple keeps her engaged for a solid half hour.

The chunky magnetic pieces are easy for my 1.5-year-old to grip, and they click together with a satisfying snap. It’s a solid first building set, though I wish a few more base pieces were included for the price.

The big pieces are super easy for my toddler to grip, and the magnets are strong enough to hold a simple tower together. It works as advertised for a 1-year-old, though I wish there were a few more pieces included since 23 feels like just enough for one structure.
