Kurt Adler - Hollywood Purple Wizard 18" Wooden Nutcracker

The purple velvet robe and gold trim really pop under our living room lights, and the detailing on the staff is surprisingly intricate for an 18-inch piece. It's sturdy enough to stand on its own without wobbling, which I was worried about.

This wizard is a showstopper on the mantelpiece—the layered purples and gold trim catch the light beautifully. He’s solidly built and stands perfectly at 18 inches, making him feel like a real centerpiece. The detailing on his robe alone is worth the price.

The purple and gold detailing on this wizard is so rich in person, and the 18-inch size makes him a real statement piece on the mantle. He’s sturdy enough to stand on his own, which I was worried about, but he holds his pose perfectly next to the tree.
